Victoria Celestine is a talented young artist from Texas. She was discovered at 14 years old. Her passion for music lead her to win 3rd place in the prestigious International Songwriting Contest (teen category) for "Wasted Tears." Lading up to this major accomplishment, Victoria released her first album "From The Outside" in 2011 and secured 2nd place in the International Acoustic Music Awards last year.
