“I sang relentlessly as a child, then learned guitar at 14. I played out quite a bit in middle life, but now I'm retired and spend a good deal of my time working on music.
This is the last song on my CD. It's one of my favorites, mainly because of Christy Peterson's wonderful piano playing. This song took a long time to write because it kept changing, but I knew when it was done. The video expresses what I think the song is about...it's about all those who provide support in our times of need.”
