“You Are” is my love song to God, but it was born out of struggle. “You Are” shares so many of God’s marvelous attributes- mercy, forgiveness, power, wisdom… but also places we see God- music, laughter- but when I wrote the song I was finding gratitude after infertility, chronic illness, and loss.”
