This is a song about walking through life with the Lord by your side. My Dad always took me ( and my siblings) by the streams and lakes, so this song has meaning to me, as he passed about a year and a half ago.

The single 'Cursed' was inspired by a character from the television series 'The Vampire Diaries" and "The Originals". Fans of the show loved to create edits of the characters so we teamed up to make a lyric video that would showcase the character and show how the singer could well be "Cursed" for falling in love with him. The artist Rosie Bell is a writer from Ireland who typically writes for TV and sync but decided to channel her own inner Kate Bush to bring this fun, sexy song to life.

Rachael Sage’s “Whistle Blow”, with its distinctly Americana palette of slide and acoustic guitars, finds the award-winning songwriter musing on power dynamics and boundaries in the wake of many a public figure’s bad behavior come to light. A composite account of women’s struggles to be respected in the workplace, at home, and in history books, this propulsive, musically lush track will resonate with anyone summoning the strength to stand up for themselves – and against oppression in any form. The beguiling one-shot video was directed and produced by Jenny He and features Rachael Sage and dancer/choreographer Kyle Livsey. Filmed at The Art Factory in New Jersey, the director used the natural light of the windows, which inevitably varied throughout the day, until the early evening light set the stage perfectly for the mood of the song. Sage explains, "We wanted the video to express the mounting drain of 'carrying' someone else, all their baggage and lack of boundaries - and to project the weight of what it feels like to be trapped within any kind of relationship, through movement. I've never done a one-shot video before and it was challenging - no edits! - but ultimately, I think it really serves the song and allows the viewer to experience the various power dynamics that 'Whistle Blow' spotlights, in an abstract, poetic way.” As a visual artist and a former ballet dancer who performed with the New York City Ballet, Sage brings elements of those disciplines into the video for "Whistle Blow".

As a pop singer, Anchen Ji is an unconventional triple threat:
A talented pop singer who found her voice and creativity later in life.
A well-respected scientist working to develop new medicine.
A devoted and caring mother of a lovely teenager.
Anchen studied vocal performance and music business at Berklee College of Music's online division, where she learned how to become the author of her life story.
Anchen Ji worked with talented Berklee alumni Chengcheng (Troy) Tang and Tyller Bolton on "Wait It Out". The idea of this song is based on Anchen's experience. Anchen used to love a boy. "Wait It Out" has a happy and touching pop voice in giving hope to listeners that real love will overcome obstacles. The track was produced by Tang and composed by Tang and Bolton in collaboration with Anchen Ji.

“I am an Australian singer-songwriter. I grew up in a musical family and started playing classical piano as a child before traveling to over seventy countries including the far reaches of “Tibet and Asia, South and North America, Africa, and Europe”.
After the break up of my marriage, I teamed up with the multi-instrumentalist producer and Mythbusters screenwriter, Doug Weaver, to write and produce the Album 'Soul Laid Bare'.
I wrote 'Don't look back' on a sheep station with Australian country artist Shane Nicholson, two months after leaving my very difficult twenty-year marriage.
The video is filmed within five kilometers of my hometown in Australia and includes modern-day footage and also clips from when I was three years old through to the end of the marriage. I hope you like it!”

Patricia’s soulful voice sings of the beauty and pain of modern life. Her raw, intelligent folk/rock lyrics illuminate the world as it is, rather than how we pretend it should be. She brings comfort and relatability to those who have felt alone and outcasted. Here is a cover of the traditional song "Midnight Special" from the album Just the Way You See It. It has a Phoenix twist to it. The video contains historical images of prisoners and trains from the Library of Congress, including an image of Ledbelly who made the song famous in the 1930s.

Marianne Kesler is a singer-songwriter currently living in Dayton OH. She writes mostly in the folk/pop genre.
“Katydid” is a follow-up to her single, “Dragonfly”. In both songs, she borrows characteristics of the insects and applies them in a tongue-in-cheek way to human behavior. So, while the dragonfly is very beautiful, it is also a predator. Katydids are primarily nocturnal, "she disappears all day, then at night came out to play", and the song takes a playful look at a fickle love interest. Do you know what Katydid? Marianne wrote, performed, and recorded, this second of the two songs which she fondly jokes are her "bug collection" ;)
Marianne has five album projects and numerous singles available online for streaming and download sales. Her website is www.mariannekesler.com. When not writing songs, you may find her performing solo acoustic gigs (often outdoors, barefoot) at various venues in the Dayton and Yellow Springs areas.

The idea for this music video came up when I was vacationing in Tahoe with friends. I played “Embers” for my friends in the cabin we were staying at, and after that weekend, I couldn’t help but imagine shooting a music video in the winter in the woods. I produced and directed this video DIY with my partner, who helped with the technical parts of shooting and editing. I did my own storyboarding and we rented an Airbnb in Twain Harte, CA as our "set", where we shot everything in two days. This was my first music video and I was very camera-shy. Before shooting, I even contemplated making an abstract video where my face wouldn’t really be featured much (haha, yeah right). Fortunately, after some warm-up takes, I got much more comfortable with the camera, and I'm super proud of the result! “Embers” is the third single off my upcoming EP, which features honest, heartfelt songs that capture beauty in vulnerability.
